Today marks the official launch of MetaboLinkAI with our virtual kick-off meeting (16 May 2025). MetaboLinkAI is an international Franco–Swiss research consortium, co-funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF 10002786) and the French Agence Nationale de la Recherche (ANR-24-CE93-0012-01), dedicated to transforming how metabolomics data is collected, managed, and interpreted through artificial intelligence and knowledge graphs.
Coordinated by ETH Zurich and CNRS, the project unites eight leading institutions across France and Switzerland. The HolobiomicsLab — co-coordinating alongside Prof. Nicola Zamboni (ETH Zurich) — leads the development of the metabolomics AI assistant.
The kick-off served as a coordination point for all project members, aligning everyone on immediate tasks and long-term goals. We're excited to build a vibrant, open international community around this initiative — and we welcome researchers who'd like to contribute.
