KGbot leverages language models to translate natural-language questions into structured queries over knowledge graphs. Prototyped in chemistry and metabolomics, it enables interactive exploration of complex datasets — accelerating hypothesis generation and refining metabolite annotation. Funded by Académie 1 IdEx Université Côte d'Azur (€70k, 2024–2025) with support from a 3iA Côte d'Azur software engineer. The approach now feeds into MetaboT and MetaboLinkAI.
