Microbiomics — high-throughput integrative omics

A high-throughput experimental integrative-omics pipeline combining single-cell dispensing with rapid advanced metabolomics and computation to build comprehensive microbial libraries.

The Microbiomics project (co-funded by Académie 4 of IdEx Université Côte d'Azur, €50k, 2023) establishes a high-throughput experimental integrative-omics pipeline. By combining innovative single-cell dispensing with rapid advanced metabolomics and state-of-the-art computational approaches, it enables accelerated, automated generation of comprehensive microbial libraries — transforming the detection and annotation of microbially produced specialized metabolites within holobionts and environmental systems.
