Toolomics — MCP tooling for scientific agents

An open-source platform for managing and deploying Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, giving multi-agent systems horizontally scalable access to scientific tools.

Toolomics is the companion platform to Mimosa. It manages and deploys Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers so that multi-agent systems can discover and call scientific tools at runtime — enabling workflows to adapt to changing computational environments without code changes, and scaling horizontally to new tools.

Containerized MCP servers freeze execution environments for reproducibility. Released under the Apache License 2.0.
