Postdoctoral researcher (ANR POPS project)
CNRS · UniCA · HolobiomicsLab
Postdoctoral researcher at HolobiomicsLab since October 2025, working on the ANR POPS project "DeciPhering the rOle of PolyamineS in Bacterial Virulence" (ANR-24-CE44-1190). PhD in Analytical Chemistry from Université de Pau et des Pays de l'Adour (IPREM), where she developed online 2D reverse-phase HPLC hyphenated with ICP-MS and high-resolution ESI-MS for elusive arsenic species — As(III)–phytochelatins, arseno-thiols, arsenolipids — in plant matrices.
Within POPS WP3, she designs semi-automated extraction and pre-enrichment workflows, optimises multi-mode LC separations, and leads deep iterative LC–MS/MS (MSⁿ) acquisitions on Orbitrap IQ-X for metabolite profiling in Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus.
