Dina Boukhajou

Final-year Bioinformatics student at Polytech Nice Sophia, joining the HolobiomicsLab from February to August 2026 as a master's intern through the dual master's program of IdEx Academy 1. With Matthieu Ferraud and Eric Rottinger (IRCAN, UniCA), she works on AI methods for integrating transcriptomics and metabolomics into knowledge graphs in a sea-anemone marine holobiont model.

Previously interned at the Karolinska Institute (an internal R package for translational efficiency analyses) and IRCAN.
