Madina Bekbergenova

Madina holds a Master in Applied Mathematics (Stochastic Modelling in Neuroscience) from the Erasmus Mundus InterMaths program (L'Aquila, Hamburg, Côte d'Azur). She is now in a joint international PhD in Chemistry and Computer Science between Université Côte d'Azur and the University of Antwerp, co-supervised by L-F Nothias and Wout Bittremieux and supported by 3iA Côte d'Azur.

Her research focuses on AI for mass spectrometry — agentic frameworks for spectral interpretation and reinforcement learning to optimise data acquisition.
